I am a senior technicial and work for the City of Vancouver here in Canada. I have a sense of humour, am affectionate, supportive, understanding, reliable, love to dance, go to movies and travel. I can survive in S******, french, Mandarin, Ukrainian and of course English. I can greet people in about 14 other languages. I respect and value all cultures. I write a lot of poetry

A dark eyed beauty
By a sapphire sea
Watching the Moon
And sipping ice tea.
Tied to a desk
But her mind was quite free
To wander and dream
Of places to be.
To dream of white sand
Of Love and romance
Of a white knight with flowers
Arriving by chance.
To dream of a life
Quite different then this
Of wine and of candles
And a lover's sweet kiss.
Of a soul mate who found her
Who made life complete
For two on a journey
Who still did not meet.
But tides and your destiny
There are none can resist
So soon will the dream be
If you do persist.
Your future awaits you
Believe and be still
For all that you dream of
Depends on your will.
Believe and expect
Dream and make plans
And thus will your future
Be happy and grand.
